At the heart of Fluxus are 3 bootcamp training sessions a week involving body weight exercise designed to build fitness.
Each bootcamp session is 45 minutes long and consists of a warm-up, followed by 30 minutes of HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training), a fun “finisher”, ending with cool down. All of this in a friendly atmosphere, going at your own pace! The sessions are not a military style bootcamp but a way to build your confidence and help you to improve your health and fitness levels in the long term. As part of your membership you also receive access to a fitness app and as much guidance as you need with nutrition, exercise and sleep.
The classes take place in Highfield Park, St Albans (AL4 0RE).
