What is Great in 8, A Gradual Better You?

Over the course of 8 weeks you will be supported in creating new healthy habits while experiencing yoga, meditation and short accessible workouts that can be fitted into a busy schedule, all accessed via our online progamme.

What does it include?

✔️ A new 15-20 minute video workout every week, that doesn’t require any equipment
✔️ Mindfulness & meditation exercises to help reduce stress levels
✔️ Yoga sessions to encourage relaxation and sleep
✔️ Weekly videos on useful tools to help you overcome the obstacles that have kept you from
reaching your goals in the past
✔️ Nutritional Therapist Michelle Lake providing advice and support
✔️ A clever app to track your performance
✔️ Members-only Facebook group with daily support from the Fluxus Fitness team
✔️ An optional weekly outdoor fitness session in Highfield Park, St Albans where you can meet the Fluxus team and other members.

Timing and Cost:

The Great in 8 programme runs for 8 weeks and starts on 28th January 2019.

The cost of the programme is just £70.
