Want to try something new AND fun?
Then why not try our outdoor fitness group for a week! The classes take place at Highfield Park in St Albans from Monday to Saturday (see timetable below), so feel free to join us for as many sessions as you like for a week. Oh, and did we mention that it’s free?
So what is it exactly?
Fluxus Fitness is different to military style boot camps. Our classes allow you to go at your own pace without the pressure of feeling you are not fit enough or lagging behind. We will support you all the way!
Each session is 45 minutes long. Starting with a warm-up, they’re followed by 30 minutes of HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) and a fun “finisher”, ending with a cool down. Nutrition and mindfulness are also part of being a member of the Fluxus Community.
And please bring along your child(ren) if you like. The exercises won’t include buggies but they will always be within a safe distance.
